NetCalcTools ("we," "our," or "the site") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information is and is not collected when you use our free tools.

Data you enter into our tools

Any IP address, prefix, subnet mask, or other value you type into the Subnet Calculator — and any options you select in the Password Generator — is processed entirely within your own browser using client-side JavaScript. This data (including generated passwords) is never transmitted to our servers, never logged, and never stored anywhere. Closing or refreshing the page clears it completely.

Local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember one thing only: your light/dark theme preference. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Cookies and tracking

NetCalcTools does not use tracking cookies and does not run third-party advertising scripts at this time. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns (such as which pages are visited and approximate geographic region). This data is anonymized and is not used to identify individual visitors.

Third-party hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard connection metadata (such as IP address and request logs) as part of delivering the site to you. This is standard for any website and is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy practices.

Children's privacy

This site is a technical tool intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
